Macquarie Group is looking for a Business Analyst to join its transformation journey and help build a modern platform covering client onboarding, KYC, AML, screening, ongoing maintenance and client closures.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business needs and translate them into actionable requirements

• Lead requirement gathering and refinement with delivery teams

• Contribute to solution design and platform configuration

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional Agile teams

• Support transformation initiatives across the client lifecycle

 What They’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services

• Strong exposure to Client Onboarding, KYC or AML

• Excellent stakeholder management & analytical skills

• Experience with SQL, Jira & Confluence

• Agile experience with distributed/global teams

• Exposure to AI-assisted tools is an advantage
